Jose Martinez 52 ,was charged for allegedly killing a man named Jose Ruiz in Alabama,who was found dead by hunters in the forest but this isn't where the story ends , as Jose Martinez has confessed to more than 30 killings as reported by CNN.
"Killing people doesn't seem to affect him," sheriff's Capt. Tim McWhorder said.Authorities have allegedly linked Martinez to about 13 killings, at which 10 occurred in California.
Martinez himself explains that his killings has to do with his life as a former enforcer in the Mexican drug cartel as he told investigators, "I'm the guy that pays you a visit if you don't pay."
Although authorities have claimed that the murder of Jose Ruiz, by Martinez was personal and not instigated on a business misunderstanding.
